If you are lucky, you will quickly find Last Hope Oasis if you venture to the north-east of Titan. It is actually very large and can be seen from the distance. It is like a small forest of palm trees; they provide shade and shelter from the burning sun. The water is drinkable here, because the water comes directly from Terian Waterfalls. If you find the oasis, follow the flow of water--it will get you to a safer place.
